We've been in the game for over 8 years, trusted by 800+ companies and more than 5,500 marketers. With billions in ad spend running through our platform, we're not just keeping up, we're one of Meta's fastest-growing partners and officially backed by both Meta and Google. Recently, we rebranded from Revealbot to Brch.

Why do we need to hire a Marketing Lead? We have plenty of ideas and the talent to create great content, but we're missing a showrunner someone who can bring focus, keep projects on track, and drive them to real impact. We're looking for a storyteller who puts meaning before metrics and unites all our messaging into one consistent voice. MarTech is often labeled as "boring," and we want to prove otherwise : with us, you'll have the freedom to experiment, break patterns, and explore the full palette of marketing tools without bureaucracy a chance to reshape not just how Birch shows up in the world, but how marketing in our industry can look altogether.

We're a remote-first team of 35 friends spread around the world with an HQ in Barcelona. We've built one successful product and now transitioning to a broader vision.
