The Opportunity
As a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager, you will lead teams in delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions for clients, helping them optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic growth. You'll work with high-performing teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and contribute to practice development and sales activities. Your leadership will help build an inclusive culture and foster high-performing teams. In this role, you will build and manage the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs that align with our organizational strategy. You will provide assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality, while leading both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of technology solutions and infrastructure.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Typically, no less than 5-7 years relevant experience. Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms. Two to three years of experience implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions. Experience working with ERP solutions to manage supply chain processes or perform supply chain analysis. At least one recent (within the last 3 years) full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform, including requirements gathering, process design, testing, go-live, and support. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Experience in one or more of the following industries : Consumer Products, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, or Telecommunications. Flexibility and ability to travel as required.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
Experience with predictive analytics, scenario modeling, or supply chain optimization. Experience with mobile supply chain solutions and advanced scheduling / dispatch tools. Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Broader experience with supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis). Desire to work in an information systems environment. Experience with cloud-based supply chain solutions and related tools.
