You Are :

You are a talented applications engineer with deep expertise in TCAD device and / or process simulation of modern semiconductor devices. You possess strong knowledge of semiconductor device and / or process physics.

As a product applications engineer for TCAD products, you will be the technical interface between R&D and our customers. As a TCAD product expert, you will work with R&D, marketing, and our customers to help drive the development and acceptance of our TCAD products.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Developing TCAD solutions flows for cutting edge logic, memory, CIS, RF, and / or power devices.
• Developing best usage models of TCAD tools.
• Defining the technical vision for future product enhancements.
• Defining and managing TCAD customer and application development projects.
• Apply machine learning and agentic AI techniques to make TCAD accessible to a broader user base.
