• Job Duties
• Day-to-day handling of workers' compensation cases, including reviewing records, appearing at status conferences, MSCs, depositions, expedited hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements, review and revise settlement documents
• Prepare and review pre-trial conference statements, and trial briefs
• Prepare petitions / answers for removal and reconsideration, and writs

Salary to commensurate with experience.
