- Job Duties
- Day-to-day handling of workers' compensation cases, including reviewing records, appearing at status conferences, MSCs, depositions, expedited hearings and trials
- Negotiate settlements, review and revise settlement documents
- Prepare and review pre-trial conference statements, and trial briefs
- Prepare petitions / answers for removal and reconsideration, and writs
