Restaurant FOH Manager

We are in search of a dynamic and professional FOH Manager to join our growing team in Maple Valley, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional seeking to work in the hospitality industry with a reputable and expanding concept.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring exceptional quality and service.
- Assist the General Manager with staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitary practices, maintenance and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
