Job Description
Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to optimize outcomes.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Address and resolve project-related challenges promptly and efficiently.
Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.

The Successful Applicant
7+ years of project management experience from a commercial general contractor
Industrial project experience is strongly preferred
Strong project management skills with experience in budget and resource management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and construction industry best practices.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
