POSITION OVERVIEW :
Develop and produce effective communication materials for internal and / or external communication vehicles that increase brand awareness among multiple audiences as well as employee engagement.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Prepare internal and / or external communications in a variety of formats, including press releases, newsletters, presentations, digital signage and others as assigned
2. Research and identify communications opportunities and determine appropriate strategies and solutions
3. Consult with subject matter experts (SMEs) across the company to identify key messages and align communications plans with various initiatives
4. Proofread, edit and ensure communications are approved at all levels prior to execution
5. Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures
6. Perform other duties as required
