Immediate opportunity exists in our departmentfor a full time Vascular Surgeon interested in resident education to join andbecome an integral member of the vascular team.
The surgeon would be appointed to the Department of Surgery withresponsibilities relating to serving as a faculty member, traditional inpatientand outpatient services in the elective, urgent, and emergent care of thevascular patient, teaching, and on-call coverage.
The Department also hosts a General Surgeryand Surgical Podiatry Residency Program and provides supervision to residentrotators in surgery.
Requirements :
- Board Certified / Eligible in Vascular Surgery
- Arizona License
- Strong interest in post-graduate education.
- Previous faculty experience in an academicenvironment is preferred.
- Extensive training and experience may satisfyeither board requirement.

General summary of clinical practice entails staffingof outpatient clinic, open vascular surgery, endovascular interventions, andvein ablations.
We are a not-for-profit facultypractice plan owned and operated by physicians consisting of more than 400providers who represent all the major medical and surgical specialties andsubspecialties.
Our physicians holdfaculty appointments and participate in inter-professional teaching through theCreighton University Arizona Health Education Alliance.
