THE ROLE:

THE PERSON:

A successful candidate has a proven understanding of semiconductor testing and good technical knowledge on Equipment & testing document and experienced in equipment verification, repair and problem solving. You are independent, resourceful and take initiative. You are a phenomenal teammate with positive working demeanor and excellent customer service skills when dealing with contractors and suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate lab equipment for engineering samples and data collection activities
  • Support for remote engineering debug and basic level debug and report to maintenance or engineering
  • Assist engineers in resolving equipment-related issues to achieve engineering goals and objectives
  • Ensure schedules are followed and test results are communicated to the product teams.
  • Accurately complete all paperwork associated with Engineering Work Requests
  • Ensure proper housekeeping in the lab as well as other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Connect with engineers or product teams about requests

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Lab experience preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to speak/read/write in English
  • Ability to use computer for sending/receiving email, updating spreadsheets, viewing documents
  • Previous integrated circuit test experience a plus
  • Ability to work compressed work week schedule
  • May include extended periods of standing
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

BS in EE or CS preferred
