Project Manager / Business Lead
Selectek is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Lead to oversee and expand operations in civil engineering, transportation, airport, and construction inspection / testing services. This leadership position is ideal for a Professional Engineer with strong technical expertise and proven success in project and business development.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage civil, transportation, airport, and construction inspection / testing projects.
- Develop and execute project plans including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Prepare proposals, manage client accounts, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive business development and growth in the Nashville region through client relationship management.
- Provide leadership and direction to field and lab staff, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to ASTM, AASHTO, Tennessee DOT, and Construction Materials Testing (CMT) standards.
