We are seeking system engineers to lead efforts developing the next generation of safe, AI-powered autonomous driving systems. In this role, you will focus on applying V-Model methodologies to cross-disciplinary development across AI, computer vision, software architecture, planning and control, software / hardware interactions. You will be part of a team that covers the entire autonomous driving system and coordinates development teams across NVIDIA.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead the requirements engineering process and collaborate with teams from different departments to determine project scope and objectives.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of requirements for our AI based autonomous vehicle systems.
Ensure that all requirements are documented, organized, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
Regularly review and audit processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and recommended approaches.
Proactively identify and address any issues or risks related to requirements management.
Continuously improve the requirements engineering process and drive efficiencies.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years proven experience in requirements engineering and management for safety related systems.
Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles and methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve ambiguities.
INCOSE certification and experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) are a plus.
Experience with Jama Connect RMS, Cameo/Magic Draw, Reliability Work Bench (RWB), Git, Python and tool integration.

The base salary range is 180,000 USD - 339,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and . NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
