Host / Maitre d’ – Fine Dining
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and oversee all FOH operations
- Manage phone calls and email requesting reservations
- Experience with Open Table reservation platform
- Enter and manage reservations in Open Table
- Reply to email reservation requests
- Must have availability for lunch and dinner service
