About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Hospitality Operations to oversee a portfolio of 10-15 vertically aligned venues in the Southeastern United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial success, operational performance, and client relations of these venues. This role involves driving client retention and new business, as well as maintaining positive relationships with contract administrators and venue owners. The Regional Vice President will also be tasked with setting and achieving regional operating goals, ensuring the implementation of corporate policies and procedures, and identifying opportunities for business growth within the region.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or finance, and at least 10 years' experience in food and beverage and / or hospitality management. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in operations management, growth management, client management, talent management, financial management, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have experience in stadiums or arenas and be based in one of the specified Southeastern states. Key qualifications include the ability to bring immediate credibility to the leadership function, collaborate across various departments, resolve team differences, and drive commitment to organizational change. The role demands a high level of integrity, the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders, and a commitment to the mission of the organization.
