Shift : 4x10s or 5x8s, shift may change during interview!

Must have at least 2 yrs of OR experience with travel, or 3 yrs of OR experience with no travel

Must have TN or compact lic at time of submittal, no pending licenses will be accepted.

Must live at least 100 miles from facility.
