Key Responsibilities
Assemble cabinet parts according to work instructions and production schedules
Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to build high-quality products
Inspect parts and finished cabinets for defects such as scratches, dents, or misalignments
Operate test equipment to verify assembly meets quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents
Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of hand and power tools
Ability to read and follow work instructions or blueprints
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physical ability to lift, stand, and move throughout the shift
Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred but not required
Work Environment
Fast-paced warehouse or production floor
Standing for long periods, repetitive tasks
Team-oriented with individual accountability
