The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Financial Analyst Sr on the coordination and preparation of accurate and timely analyses for Ancillary Services (Pharmacy, Imaging, Lab, Rehab) and / or Ambulatory Surgery Centers and assigned as point of contact to a business line(s) and support the monthly close process as necessary. The Analyst will also support : model short and long-term impact of new business initiatives, proactively measure and report key business trends that will impact financial results, ad hoc analyses, partner with service lines and departments to develop innovative reporting and / or solutions to business needs / questions, and work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement. Other duties as assigned.
