Somerset, NJ Pay : $53 an hour

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and variance analysis, and will be comfortable managing both operational and technical accounting activities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a 3-person accounting team (Accountant, Analyst, AR / AP).
• Review and post journal entries; ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Maintain the general ledger and perform account reconciliations.
• Research and resolve accounting variances and discrepancies.
• Oversee AP and AR data accuracy, coding, and posting.
• Lead or assist in month-end close and financial reporting.
• Document and improve accounting procedures and workflows.
