Job descriptionBeing Adaptable to the Needs of the Day Delegating Tasks to Your Teams Overseeing Yard activities (shipping and receiving, forklift driver operations) Responsible for yard security (products and equipment) Training Team Members on How to Use Equipment and Safety Guidelines Reporting Any Safety Incidents / Lack of Cooperation to Management Detecting Defects in Machinery (forklifts and front-end loader) Oversee equipment upkeep, daily inspections and take necessary actions to keep fleet operational Meeting Quality Control Standards Determining Hiring, Firing, and Disciplinary Needs with Management Your offer may be contingent upon passing a drug test and physical exam for this role Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Management and Manufacturing Industries : Building Materials
