Key Responsibilities :

• Meet gas recovery and buyback goals.
• Build and maintain client base.
• Partner with the sales and customer service teams to retain and attract new customers.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Field Service Technicians.
• Receive and respond to calls from customers regarding scheduling work, service issues, and resolving customer concerns.
• Possess the technical ability and aptitude to complete service jobs as required (performing refrigerant recoveries).
• Utilize Salesforce for customer management.
• Uphold Safety to Standards.

Qualifications :

Why A-Gas? Pay will be commensurate with experience. The targeted annual salary is $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience with a highly competitive commission plan. This role includes a company-provided truck with the necessary tools and equipment for success.
