Position Summary :

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about accountability, collaboration, and empowerment. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in driving shipping performance by analyzing in-stock shipping reports to identify and act on pull-in opportunities.With a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, you'll lead initiatives that streamline processes, ensure compliance with customer requirements as your contributions will have a meaningful impact on the business.If you're ready to take ownership of your role, work collaboratively across departments, and be empowered to make a difference every day-this opportunity is for you.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• High School education or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in materials / shipping / receiving
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of shipping software - DHL, UPS, FedEx
• Experience with ERP - Visual a plus
