POS Technician

This person will be a key contributor, backing up the manager and collaborating with various internal teams, including networking, IT operations, SAP team, and third party vendors. This role requires a "can-do" attitude, a willingness to take on new projects, and the ability to support both software and hardware (IOS devices, card readers, handhelds, etc.) as needed.

• POS hardware and software support

• Support escalated tickets and triage incoming issues

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
