Scholar Support Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Scholar Support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized one-on-one support to scholars, assisting with college admissions and access to essential resources

Collaborate with YLS staff to coordinate scholar support and ensure a unified approach

Plan and coordinate logistics and programming for three annual scholar trips, ensuring smooth operations and engagement

Qualifications

A degree in social work or school counseling is required

A minimum of 4 years in a social work or school counseling position, preferably with underserved populations

Proven ability to provide ethical support to diverse youth and young adults

Strong organizational skills and proficiency in virtual communication platforms

Commitment to ethical standards and trauma-informed practices
