As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise Tools, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our media planning and buying tools.

You will partner closely with product leadership to set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our ad management tools to ensure customers can plan and measure the effectiveness of their campaigns with Pinterest.

What you'll do :

  • As a Product Marketing Manager, you are responsible for :
  • Shaping our product direction through market analysis, research and close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Design teams
  • Defining positioning, go-to-market messaging and launch plans for new advertising solutions that unlock meaningful value for our advertisers and contribute to key growth goals
  • Assessing the capabilities and value proposition of our advertising solutions through strategic, qualitative, and quantitative analysis
  • Developing market expertise to inform business requirements for new products
  • Serving as an advocate for our customers; demonstrating broad expertise and empathy for customer pain points
  • Driving cross-functional alignment throughout the go-to-market process, tracking success metrics accordingly
  • Using data and insights to drive alignment on strategic priorities and influence our overall monetization strategy
  • Educating and inspiring internal and external teams on Pinterest's solutions for advertisers and partners alike
  • Building close XFN partnerships across Product, Engineering, Business Development, as well as Sales, Marketing, Communications, PR and Legal

What we're looking for :

  • 5+ years of experience supporting digital advertising at a fast growing ad tech company, agency, or digital platform
  • Experience in performance advertising with direct experience building strategy to grow adoption of enterprise tools
  • Sharp eye for detail and proven project management and operational skills
  • Keen ability to translate complexity into simple, clear communication and approach
  • A passion for Pinterest!
