What you get to do :

You will support workforce planning and scheduling by providing clear, and accurate, analytical interpretation and reporting of labor utilization. You will also :

• Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
• Analyze labor & staffing patterns
• Create, disseminate, and revise area schedules
• Produce schedules in accordance with company policy
• Identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement
• Provide support to operational management teams
• Prepare line schedules for budgeting
• Provide support and training for team and labor management applications
• Maintain accuracy of team forecast and operational data
• Serve as primary scheduling editor for individual departments
• Perform other duties as assigned
