Logistics Loader / Forklift Operator

Utz Quality Foods is expanding and currently seeking a Logistics Loader / Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Hanover, PA. In this full-time position, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations moving - loading and unloading trailers, operating forklifts safely, staging materials, and supporting the smooth flow of product throughout the warehouse. Working Friday through Sunday, 5 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, you'll help ensure every shipment meets our standards for efficiency, accuracy, and quality. Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks and containers using manual labor, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
• Organize products in the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and easy access for order fulfillment.
• Verify product quantities and ensure accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Prepare products for shipping, ensuring items are securely loaded onto delivery trucks according to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.
• Assist in inventory management by performing cycle counts and other stock-related duties.
