Environmental Services / Custodial Manager

Seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager for the Calvin Community in Des Moines, IA. The Operations Manager will be responsible for oversight of housekeeping, laundry, and some janitorial services for a community of approximately 200 residents, and will report to the Director of Environmental Services.

What You'll Do

• Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
• Oversee all housekeeping and laundry services
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
• Work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director
• Effectively manage the Unit Operating System
