Job Description :

Develop and implement data governance and security strategies across Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric

Enable seamless integration between Databricks and Fabric using OneLake shortcuts and Delta Sharing

Lead teams in building scalable data engineering and analytics solutions

Guide adoption of AI and advanced BI capabilities using unified tools in Fabric and Databricks

Design and maintain data infrastructure to support efficient data processing and analytics

Manage departmental operations in line with IT leadership direction and company policies

Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation standards

Ensure assigned area meets budget goals and performance objectives

Oversee data analysis request workflows, prioritization, and delivery

Prepare and present analytical insights to executives and key stakeholders

Manage and mentor analysts, including recruitment, training, and career development

Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and AMS partners

Maintain vendor relationships and ensure alignment with project objectives

Requirement :

6 8 years of relevant experience in data management, analytics, or IT leadership

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric

Proven ability to lead data strategy, governance, and analytics initiatives

Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences

Experience working with offshore or managed service teams preferred
