Growth Marketing Manager - Performance Marketing

Overview

The PlayStation Store & Services Marketing team is responsible for marketing our flagship PlayStation Plus subscription service, and PlayStations multi-billion-dollar D2C businesses (PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct). We are seeking a commercially-minded Growth Marketing Manager to join our Performance Management function. This role is key in driving data-informed strategy and building insightful commercial presentations to senior marketing leadership. Ideal candidates will bring a strong grounding in digital marketing, strategic consultancy, or performance media, with proven experience translating complex data into actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive business growth.

What youll be doing

Performance Analytics & Reporting

• Own and evolve our central Growth Marketing KPI tracker and reporting cadences (weekly check-ins, trading forums, MBRs / QBRs).
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to make insights accessible across the team.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each roles base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. The base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for SIEs top-tier benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness program and employee discounts for Sony products. $11,799 - $176,900 USD
