Overview : How you can make a difference We are seeking a Workforce Strategist to join our Enterprise AI and workforce transformation team. This role supports the design and delivery of workforce strategies that enable AI adoption, unlock productivity, and prepare our workforce for the future. The Workforce Strategist will work closely with HR, business unit leaders, and transformation teams to :

• Conduct workforce analysis.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity and role evolution.
• Support change management, training, and communication efforts.

This is a remote position. Salary Range $79500.00 To $101,500.00 / year
