DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will assist residential staff with the development, delivery, and monitoring of treatment and related services provided at the center. Your duties will include completing designated portions of the Self-Care Assessment and training plans, as well as assisting in the implementation of each individual's support plan. You will also participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team by interacting with other team members to maximize the delivery of active treatment. You can expect to record information in unit records and communicate the information to other members of the team. Additionally, you will provide opportunities of choice for the individuals you work with to provide opportunities for growth.
