Role Details :

Job Type : Sales Closer / Inbound Sales Rep / Real Estate Sales Professional / Acquisition Specialist

Hours : Full-time, Mon–Fri (with flexibility for leads until 8 PM)

Annual Compensation : $150,000 (performance-based)

Benefits : Full company-paid healthcare, PTO (10 days to start, 15 days at 3 years, 20 days at 5 years), Paid Holidays (Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Day After, Christmas Eve & Day), Performance-Based Incentives

Location : St. Augustine, FL (in-office role)

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Background in competitive sports (collegiate, semi-pro, or other high-level) is highly valued

✅ Driven to compete and win — track record of thriving in disciplined environments

✅ Strong verbal communicator who can take control of a conversation and close deals

✅ Coachable, ambitious, and relentless about hitting goals

✅ Must be responsive to inbound leads during business hours (Mon–Fri) and until 8 PM for after-hours leads

✅ No Real Estate License required — we are the buyer, not the middle man
