We are looking for a customer oriented individual who will build a positive customer experience in our restaurant. We are a New York based restaurant franchise with a concept that is new to market in the RI area.
We are looking for someone who can engage with the local community and create a high level of brand recognition.
Responsibilities :
- Cashier / customer engagement / ensuring order accuracy
- Ensuring a clean environment
- Handling any customer inquiries
- Engaging in upselling and marketing (exploring catering opportunities)
- Scheduling
- Closing procedures including cash management
- Making sure front of house is fully stocked / vendor orders
- Ensuring customer experience is always top notch
Requirements :
- Candidate must have flexible availability including working closing shift (1am)
- Restaurant experience preferred or extensive customer service experience
- Positive references
