Key Responsibilities

Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve CTV-specific revenue goals

Support team in client meetings and negotiations while maintaining strong client relationships

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and monitor team performance metrics

Required Qualifications

10+ years of sales management experience, particularly in CTV or digital advertising

Proven track record of leading and mentoring regionally dispersed sales teams

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster accountability

Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
