Job Summary
Join us as a Sales Account Manager EI. As an Existing Installation (EI) Sales Account Manager at Schindler, you will cultivate relationships with customers to drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Customer Account Management : Build and manage favorable client relationships within a designated sales territory to secure and renew service agreements.
- Communication : Communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales objectives.
- Collaboration : Partner daily with the Field Superintendent and technicians to drive lead generation and ensure an excellent total customer experience from initiation through delivery.
- Sales & Opportunity Identification : Identify and pursue sales opportunities through key customer contacts and industry information.
- Negotiation & Strategy : Negotiate contract terms favorable to the company while also delivering on customer requirements.
- Documentation & Compliance : Prepare estimates and communicate proposals with customers. Maintain accurate customer records and files in accordance with company procedures.
Requirements
EDUCATION LEVEL : Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the elevator or related industry.Effective presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills with a proven sales track record.Ability to empathize, listen and connect with people to form outstanding customer relationships.Excellent Time Management, Organizational Skills, And Problem-solving Abilities.Motivated, resilient, and customer-focused mindset with a strong character aligned with Schindler’s values.What We Offer
