Overnight In Room Dining Order Taker
Job Description
Our guests are always at home here at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess and their In Room Dining experience is no exception.
As an Overnight In Room Dining Order Taker you will provide a warm service, efficiency and knowledge of our menu offerings, you will ensure the timeliness and enjoyment of every memorable meal.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Maintain proper telephone etiquette at all times
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists
- Record guest orders accurately and efficiently while honoring all special requests
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Serve as an In Room Dining Server as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous Food & Beverage service experience required
- Previous Point of Sale System experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Able to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends & holidays
- Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines
