People Analytics MBA Intern (Fall 2025 Part-Time)

We're looking for a part-time MBA intern for our People Analytics team. You'll be an integral part of the People organization, focusing on a specific data-oriented project to help the organization make data-informed decisions, working with existing data to build tools that answer some of the company's most important questions.

Internship Term : Fall 2025 (target start date : October 20)

Commitment : 10-15 hours per week

Location : Onsite in Somerville, MA (hybrid)

What You'll Do :

• Scope and execute a strategic people data project focused on AI implementation and / or data accessibility and within and beyond the People team.
• Work with our People Analytics and Data Engineering teams on best practices to build a solid foundation that will be used daily.
• Collaborate with People Analytics and Talent Strategy to answer questions that help us support and develop our Formlings as they do their best work.

This is an hourly role, paying $37.50 per hour. You are paid for the hours that you work.
