Cybersecurity Support Engineer III (Remote)

As a Cybersecurity Support Engineer III, you'll contribute to our success in the following ways :

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support for cybersecurity incidents, including analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues related to medical applications and systems.
• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Okta identity and access management solutions to meet organizational requirements.
• Configure and manage security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable security measures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify security vulnerabilities and engineer effective solutions to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of medical applications and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance the overall security posture of our clients\' environments.
• Actively monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to detect and respond to potential security incidents in a timely manner.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of monthly metrics and reports on the operational effectiveness of our cybersecurity operations.
• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned to support the changing needs of the business.
