Mitigation Supervisor

Specific Job Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision during the restoration of structures and their contents that have been damaged by water, mold, smoke, fire, or other types of damage.
• Work independently and alongside the Project Manager to provide services that meet or exceed Rainbow’s quality standards.
• Provide documentation including job scopes, notes, and photos to ensure clarity and accuracy while complying with all SLAs and job compliance tasks.
• Become familiar with SLA’s and complete jobs within those guidelines while utilizing Fusion, OneDrive, XactAnalysis, Mica, and other required software.
• Responsible for training and managing a team of technicians to ensuring procedures and operational guidelines are followed.
• Comply with verbal and written safety practices including the use and maintenance of personal protective equipment. Read and comprehend all applicable Material Safety Sheets for chemicals that require special handling and use of Personal Protective Equipment
• Establish, communicate, and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate great respect and attention to detail while performing work in customers’ homes and businesses. Ensure superior presentation methods are utilized, leaving a first-class impression of our work.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with co-works, supervisors, and managers.
• Participate in an “On Call” rotation for after-hours service calls, which involves some weekend, night, and holiday responsibilities.
• Preferred WRT, ASD, and AMRT certified through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
• We do prefer someone with mitigation experience but willing to train the right candidate

Salary : $20.00-$22.00 (negotiable based on experience

Requirements

Must be 21 and over (per insurance requirements)

Must have Valid Drivers License

Good Driving Record

Be able to pass a criminal BG check
