Accounting Manager

Responsibilities include :
- Leading, managing, and mentoring staff
- Engaging directly with clients and senior management, developing and managing professional client relationships
- Be responsible for a client base and ensure high-quality service is delivered
- Reviewing tax returns and other deliverables
- Preparing more complex tax returns, tax projections, research, and more
- Desire to grow technical skills through diverse engagements
- Build relationships with clients and community contacts and contribute significantly to the ongoing development efforts of the firm
Qualifications needed :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA license with 5+ years of recent public accounting experience
- Experience in business and personal taxes, and financial statement standards
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service and PC skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, UltraTax, Go File Room, Right Networks, Thompson Reuters & / or Adobe a plus.
- Valuation or Trust & Estate experience a plus
