The location for this position is virtual / remote. This is your chance to be part of a Customer Care Team that is revolutionizing human hospitality in a digital world. As the Senior Specialist Engagement and Events, you will support the Hilton Reservations and Customer Care (HRCC) engagement strategy by planning large-scale team member and leadership events, while also coordinating enterprise-wide initiatives that support culture, inclusivity, and recognition. On the Customer Excellence team reporting to the Content, Communications, and Engagement Manager, you will partner with the HRCC leadership team and internal partners to understand the needs and desires of our teams and help create experiences and programs that inspire connection, engagement, and organizational pride.

The annual salary range for this role is $55,000 - $80,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and / or position within the Company.
