Director Of Corporate Events

The Director of Corporate Events will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Waystar's high-impact eventsincluding flagship experiences such as Waystar True North, incentive programs, Advisory Board meetings, Town Hall gatherings across basecamp locations, executive summits, and other internal programs. This leader will bring creativity, operational excellence, and strong business acumen to create experiences that inspire clients, elevate the brand, and advance business objectives. They must be an excellent communicator who is able to aggregate information from multiple stakeholders to create a shared marketing vision in support of organizational goals. The right candidate is a self-starter with the ability to toggle between leading the strategy and leading cross-functional teams to bring the strategy to life. The person leading this team should be a team player, with the ability to independently lead projects.

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute a multi-year events strategy that aligns with Waystar's marketing and business priorities.
• Proactively plan and manage large-scale events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and partners.
• Establish clear goals, KPIs, and success metrics for each event to measure impact and ROI.
