Project Manager SAP & Supply Chain Focus
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple projects with a strong emphasis on supply chain operations and SAP integrations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and brings deep experience in supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and deliver mixed-complexity projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle : planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Monitor project performance (timeline, budget, resource utilization) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive large, complex project teams by aligning resources, setting clear goals, and ensuring accountability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and support.
- Translate business plans into actionable project deliverables and support junior project managers through mentorship.
- Track and report on key project metrics and communicate progress to leadership.
- Ensure quality standards are met across all deliverables including design documents, test plans, and training materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in project management, especially within supply chain and SAP environments.Strong understanding of supply chain processes and how they integrate with enterprise systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Experience with project documentation, risk management, and performance tracking.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with ambiguity.Proficiency with project tools; experience with SmartSheets is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
Extensive consulting experience or prior leadership roles.Ability to serve as a strategic business partner and motivate diverse teams.Strong integrity, accountability, and ownership mindset.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Marysville, OH. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
