About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned AWS Connect Architect to join our Center of Excellence (COE) team. This role is ideal for a hands-on cloud architect with deep experience in AWS infrastructure, cloud-native applications, and infrastructure automation. You will lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, enforce best practices, and collaborate across DevOps, engineering, and security teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement complex cloud solutions using AWS services, including AWS Connect.
• Lead cloud migration and infrastructure modernization projects across enterprise platforms.
• Develop and enforce best practices for cloud security, cost management, and performance optimization.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments using AWS-native and third-party tools.
• Collaborate with DevOps, development, and security teams to support cloud-native applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with AWS innovations and recommend adoption of relevant technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is : 140,000 - 160,000 .

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable laws.
