About the Role :
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in our IBHS clinic-based setting plays a critical role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral challenges. This position focuses on conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve client outcomes. The BCBA will collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and generalization of behavioral strategies across environments. Additionally, the role involves supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff to maintain fidelity to treatment protocols. Ultimately, the BCBA contributes to advancing the mission of our educational services by promoting positive behavioral change and enhancing the quality of life for our clients and their families.

Leadership and supervisory skills are applied when mentoring RBTs and other staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of care. Organizational skills are critical for managing caseloads, documentation, and compliance with regulatory requirements efficiently. Additionally, the BCBA applies problem-solving skills to adapt interventions based on client progress and emerging challenges, ensuring optimal outcomes.
