Duties :
- Prepare pleadings, correspondence and related documentation for probate matters (including annual accountings), and trust admin matters
- Must be able to assemble info for federal and state estate tax returns; prepare initial draft returns; coordinate all aspects of filing estate tax returns
- Must be able to manage calendar of reporting and filing deadlines for estate / trust administration and tax reporting process
- Must be comfortable working with numbers and financial statements
- Manage estate and trust distribution process
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience as a T&E Paralegal
- Must have excellent proofreading, written and oral communication skills
- Must be familiar with handling trusts, estates, probate, etc
Salary : $75,000-$100,000
Benefits : Medical, PTO, Mass Transit Stipend, etc
Pay Details : $75, to $100, per year
