Lenovo's AI Ecosystem is a new, centralized AI organization designed to deliver a unified AI solution that seamlessly spans Lenovo Intelligent Devices Group devices and segments. Our talented product and development teams combine deep user understanding with collaborative empowerment to create a new era of experiences across wearables, smartphones, tablets, laptops, and cloud services. We are seeking a Director of Product Management that will drive the strategic vision and execution for our AI software experiences.

Location : Chicago, IL is highly preferred; can be open to remote work in the US. What you'll do :

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives for maximum user and business impact.
• Manage and empower product managers within the pods, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Work in close partnership with product management peers focused on product planning, operational excellence, and the exploration of future partner experiences.
• Utilize market research, user data, and feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product direction. Translate insights into innovative solutions that address real user needs.
• Work with strategy and business development teams to evolve product strategy and build business cases.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with user and business goals.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and strategic plans to executive leadership and key stakeholders, securing buy-in and ensuring alignment across the organization.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $175K-$245K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and / or commission.
