Job description

Warehouse And Shipping Associate

Our client, a leading provider in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse and Shipping Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse and Shipping Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient inventory management and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Warehouse and Shipping Associate

Location : Fremont, CA

Pay Range : up to $24.00 / hr

Shift : Day

What's the Job?

  • Ship and / or receive materials, maintain stock areas and inventory.
  • Utilize forklifts and simple hand and power tools to assist in warehouse operations.
  • Operate company vehicles to pick up and deliver orders and equipment.
  • Assist in data entry, counter and telephone sales / service, order pulling, and customer calls as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

What's Needed?

  • 1+ year of warehouse or customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English grammar.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (MVR).
