About the Role :

We’re seeking a Commercial Masonry Superintendent with load-bearing CMU experience to join a respected and family-owned commercial masonry contractor in the Charleston area. If you're someone who can run a jobsite without being micromanaged, values relationships, safety, and integrity—and thrives in a digital, team-focused environment—this could be the right fit.

What You’ll Do :

Oversee all masonry aspects of commercial construction projects

Ensure site safety, plan ahead for scaffolding, materials, and workflow

Lead toolbox talks, daily safety inspections, and complete digital reporting via Procore

Coordinate with General Contractors and subcontracted labor on jobsite execution

Attend Contractor meetings and handle site-level communication and paperwork

Read and understand drawings, specs, and job planning needs weeks ahead

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years in commercial masonry

Strong CMU load-bearing experience (required)

Experience with precast, veneer, and complex builds (schools, government, seismic-rated)

Procore experience (or willingness to learn)

OSHA 30 preferred

Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills

Clean background and stable work history
