Key Responsibilities :

• Connect with individuals seeking personal growth and invite them into the Empowerment Team experience.
• Generate leads through cold outreach, referrals, and strategic community partnerships.
• Engage in meaningful conversations that inspire action and enrollment.
• Support prospects in understanding how Empowerment Teams work and why they matter.
• Represent the mission and values of 24 / 7 with clarity, integrity, and enthusiasm.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and track your outreach in an organized system.
• Collaborate with other team members to refine messaging and improve enrollment flow.
