Operations Manager (IGaming) - Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Manage business metrics, collecting, monitoring, and analyzing data across teams for better decision-making at the holding and business unit levels.
• Standardize key operational processes such as reporting, forecasting, task tracking, and goal-setting across teams.
• Facilitate effective goal alignment and resource planning across projects.
• Serve as the operations point-of-contact between C-level management and team leads.
• Track team performance using shared dashboards and flag early signs of underperformance or bottlenecks.
• Initiate and lead operational improvements (e.g., automation, cross-team synergy, SOP creation).
• Organize regular retrospectives, sync-ups, and check-ins to ensure consistent execution across units.
• Ensure teams have the operational support, tools, and resources to meet strategic objectives.
• Lead and implement structural and operational changes aligned with the company vision.
• Monitor and evaluate operational processes; identify gaps and implement improvements.
